Understanding Pressure Marks on Sunglasses

Updated over a week ago

What Are Pressure Marks?

The effect some customers notice on their sunglasses is caused by pressure points that occur when the lenses are cut and fitted into the frame. These marks are generally only visible from the inside of the sunglasses and do not affect the overall quality, optical performance, or UV protection of your lenses.

You should not notice any impact on your vision during regular use, including:

  • Driving

  • Outdoor activities

  • General daily wear

This is a normal part of the lens cutting and fitting process, and it does not indicate a defect in the lens.

What Should You Do If the Marks Are Concerning?

If the marks are more pronounced than expected, or if you feel your sunglasses are affected, we kindly ask that you contact our team. We will evaluate and advise on the best course of action.
