A voucher is a promotional credit that can be issued as part of a special offer or promotion. Vouchers can only be used with our company and are subject to specific terms and conditions, such as a minimum order value. They also have an expiration date, which is provided in the confirmation email when the voucher is issued, so it must be redeemed before that date.

In some cases, vouchers may also be issued by our Customer Service team for other reasons.

A store credit is typically issued following a return, but it may also be provided by our Customer Service team under certain circumstances. Unlike vouchers, store credits do not expire.

If a store credit has not been used for an extended period, the redemption link may expire. However, the credit itself remains valid. Simply contact Customer Service, and we can provide a new redemption link.

When a voucher or store credit is issued, a redemption email is sent to you. To apply it to an order, simply click the redemption link included in the email and follow the instructions provided.
